WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE DELIVERED?

  • Processing time: 3 - 4 business days


Plus your chosen delivery time: 

  • Standard delivery: 2 - 4 business days

  • Express delivery: Next day delivery

Note delivery times include processing time. Delivery costs are based on weight of total order, calculated at checkout. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order has been shipped we will provide a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. Please also check your junk folder.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We're sorry to hear you aren't 100% happy with your product! You may return your item and request a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Restrictions as follows:

·        Customised and personalised items are non refundable.

·        Delivery charges are non refundable. 

·        Gift Vouchers are non refundable.

·        Sale items are non refundable.


Please note that the item must be unworn and tags still attached.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package back to us. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend that you send the parcel recorded delivery. 


​Once we have received your return, it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your account.

CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL A PERSONALISED ITEM?

Personalised items may only be returned if we have made an error with the customisation or the product is clearly faulty. Note, that we carefully quality check each product before sending.

All personalisation is embroidered exactly as input at the time of purchase, and so is fully the responsibility of the customer. Incorrect input, size selection and/or payment method cannot be amended once the order is placed. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED?

Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged items during transit, and we are not able to process a refund. We will be able to send a replacement order once an investigation is launched with the delivery company and a resolution is made.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes! Buddy & Bean gift vouchers are available for purchase via the Gift card tab.
Gift cards will be sent by email (physical gift cards are not available at this stage), along with instructions to redeem them.

DO YOU OFFER SOCIAL MEDIA COLLABORATIONS?

Yes, we love working with our customer base on social media to share our products. We look for mamas and little ones who love our clothing as much as we do!

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED FROM?

We are based in Essex, England. All orders will be posted from our Essex studio.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  


All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
